    As a business analyst at PT Neuronworks Indonesia, I handle the HRIS Product, implementing it for clients across various industries. I gather client requirements, analyze them, and document them in a BRD. Additionally, I provide system analyst support by creating use cases, ERDs, and flowcharts to guide our programmers. After implementation, I conduct UAT to ensure client satisfaction.

    In my role, I enhanced our Flutter app's performance and user experience by integrating APIs and fine-tuning behavior. Working on portfolios like The Doctor, I created robust backend APIs, integrated secure payments, linked APIs with a web view, built a chat system, and added Google Maps integration. These enhancements boosted app functionality and improved the user experience.
